Lets see some pics of your Tacticool VZ 58/858s

Here are a few more pics of mine, i sanded the NEA rail a bit and now can remove it one handed. I would like to improve the crappy cheek weld on the folder, but i don't have the tools to make something. The more i play with the rifle the more i like it. I bought some mags for myself, I have a sporter stock i got used on the way, but I'm waiting for something with a good cheek weld come out in folder flavor. Its still in wait for many other accessories.

Rauch Tactical Stock Adaptor with an ACE Stock. I just used it for the picture to see how it looks. It is made for an AR15 with the built in end plate. It does not lock up tight, needs to be shimmed to tighten in the correct spot. (not sideways)
I have a Tapco SAW grip on there as well, again, it needs a little work to make it mount properly (which I have not done yet).
NEA Fiber Sight and of course the excellent NEA upper and lower hand guards. Finished up with the new Rauch Brake.
Just waiting for a nice extended mag release. :)..and a short barrel!!!!!!!

BTW. That ACE stock is way to long! Nice fit for an AR, but an arm stretcher for the CZ. Forget about using this one.

nice picture, i plan on going with a magpul ctr, due to the fact its adjustable, plus its light compared to others. I keep reading more and more negatives about ace stocks. Vltor is also another good one. Due to weight i beleive the CTR is best out of the magpuls, because of weight though. I like the UBR to but it weights as much as two CTRs

Nova-Wake do it! I got one of those recoil reducing but stocks with a CTR plus there check riser and it make the rifle feel just right. I'll try to post some pic's one I get my AFG slaped on the fron for ya.

Looks good NOVA I'm still jealous there is no pin in your mag.

thanks, got to love that 30 rounds of goodness:)

On topic of the CTR, i ordered a OD green one today, hopefully i sort out my difficulties with my bolt hold open, i wont give up. Looking forward to it all being set the way it should.

By the way anyone got some of those short 5rnd mags? i might look into hunting things other than targets with this in the future.

There is Nothing Wrong with ACE stocks. It just does not work with the CZ 858.
Best stock for an AR.

Actually, I believe they are known for having issues with weak or out of spec threads. I do know one heavyweight who runs one...but IIRC he always warns people that they are not necessarily reliably good, he just happens to have a good one.

@ the very bottom of the page. Also get a CZ Spare bolt assembly and receiver top cover well your at it too. It will come out to $90 CAD and you'll still be under the limit.

Work is coming along on the trial run. I have a job at an Engineering firm that is helping pay for the tooling, so I have to work on it in my spare time.

Price is not set in stone, but given that these are not exactly going to be mass produced, I am pricing them accordingly, and hopefully fairly.

Thanks! Coming from a respected guy like you, that means a lot to me. :D

sorry i should have said alittle pricey for a cheep prick like me
but they are really nice! and probably worth every penny
cheers

Woo-Hoo... i'm finally ready to contribute... Its been a while since i started this thread, all this time i tried to figure out which way to go with my CZ.. Finally Made up my mind :)
The scope mount on the picture is not attached yet, i'm waiting for Kasat to make me a rail mount. Then i'm also waiting for Scope and Red dot to arrive... Will post more pics when it will be complete.. but for now here it is... :)

Dmitri, Ive seen that quad rail a lot; just wondering who makes it, and if they are readily available in Canada?

As well, Ive been considering the Magpul slanted grip you have on the bottom for my own CZ. Do you run into any issues with that placement, with mag changes?

[Edit] Did a bit of digging, would that be a Bruger & Thomet quad rail?

jcoulson the Magpul AFG is the best foregrip I have tried yet.

I started with the Cheap Fab one and it interfered with the Mag Changes big time. Then I bought the Tango Down Stubbie and it was good, but then "Pavehammer" had some the AFG on the EE so I gave it a shot. It is awesome will not be changing it or trying anything else for a very long time if ever.

The whole idea behind the AFG is that it is supposed to be far out on the rail, not back by the mag well. You want to minimize the muzzle rise by grabbing the weapon further towards the muzzle.

It is an Infratek handguard w/ magpul covers.. it has been available for a while now.. MagPul AFG is great... Love it, i put it so far back so i still have some space at the front for bipod or flashlight.. it does have minor issue with a mug change, but nothing major.. doesnt slow me down.. :) and if you move it forward, no issue what so ever..
