New 'R' receiver in means new demo barrels...

Just add it to my bolt release order!

When is the bolt release going to be available?

Hope I'm not stealing any thunder here... one more of mine w/factory sling (budget style):

The more I handle it, the more I want a simple red dot ala "NEA gas block mount"; I hope one fits.

That paracord wrapped folder is pure ###, good job dude. I wanted to do that to my folder but never got around to it, just threw a CTR on instead.

I did the same, now im going back to the folder, cheek weld sucks(until i address it) but its lighter and more compact for me. Though that CTR is defiantly awesome and beats it in terms of cheekweld and comfort, i just missed the folder, the CTR is going on my M4 build though. And yes i love that para cord.

Wierd cuz I put the CTR on my 858 for that reason.

The medium check riser gives a big headed freak like me a perfect cheekweld. Also FAB sports makes a folder that is AR 15 butt stock compatible;

Only issue I've found with that Fab folder though is the slop in the folding mechanism. To be honest, you only shorten the rifle be around 7-8" going from a CTR to a folder. Considering price etc, I would say that until a better folding mechanism is released by someone, the cz folder or a non folding CTR (or other ar style stock) is preferable. But that's just my opinion.

[Edit]: Hey NEIT, I like the front quad rail, but I'm curious; how would you mount a rear BUIS (assuming that is in any way part of the plan) or are you planning on releasing a mount for a rear sight on that same level?

Actually, I to found the folder to be more of a pain, terrible fit/finish and not really usefull at all. This is why I went with the cheap recoil reducing AR-15 compatible stock tube with the CTR set-up. No wiggle no fooling around just a soild platform that you can blast all day with and come home and still be able to pick up your kids &/or split wood.

how did you weave it? did you follow instructions off of the net?

That's my problem I need. A folder, but have not found a viable option yet, maybe the storworks one, don"t know yet, I have the CTR.
Have you guys checked out a company called ACE LTD. USA;
riflestocks.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=69
You could get an M4 adaptor from Dlask, Rauch or NEA and then get one of these folding stock's put on it. Sad to say though Ace won't seel to us Canadians.

Hinge for our stock adapter is in the que, we just have to get some other projects out the door first.

Our railed stock adapter will be out shortly, modified to accept an ACE style skeleton stock.

You know, I couldn't find any instruction (at least any easy ones to follow).
That wrapping is my own creation (achieved after half a dozen failed attempts):

I started in the middle wrapping to either end, then "looped it" and ran both ends of the surplus through every other "wrap" back to the opposite side. It's finished with a standard knot; everything was pulled taught before completing. Needle nose pliers were used and a necessity.

It's incredibly tight and doesn't budge at all (even with force). I'm very happy with it. It'll easily last on there for years.
