I mean, the part after the gas block?

That is just the csa collapsible stock with buffer tube/adapter

It's pretty simple. Just a single port setup. It's plenty effective on the 5.56, even with a 30 cal hole in the end of it. I'm more worried about overcompensating my rifles these days, where the muzzle will actually drop down when firing. This doesn't do that.
