Lets see those 9mm ARs!

Don't sweat it, but everyone is a little suspicious of newbies lately. There are spies everywhere.:ninja: I've begun talking to myself in code in case I break under questioning. If that doesn't foil them I'll switch to giberish.;)

I don't have any upto date photo's, but I only have the top one now:

It's a Bushy Carbon 15 carbon fiber upper and lower, incredibly light.

It now wears a Vltor stock with a Trijicon TR25 1-4x scope. Probably going to put the Aimpoint on it though.

Thanks for taking me under your wing. Dont know what i ever would have done without your help.

LOL good one :)

Only an a-hole would post a link to google like that. When you were obviously looking for specific ideas from what people have done here. Anyone can google 9mm AR. But who knows what your looking at. It's nice to hear comments and pics from people who actually own the rifle and did the work themselves. Which unless I'm incorrect is a main purpose of this site, sharing stories and experience.

But of course there probably are many other 9mm AR threads on this board

The Google link .... actually, some of those are mine. ;) ... and if you're smart enough to link to those images, you'd find whole experiences, discussions, blogs and forums with the people who build and own them.

I'll try to bring the camera along next time I go to the range.

Your Colt appears to have a different manufacturers barrel. All Colt 9mm's are .625 at the FSB and are slightly shorter (10.3"?).

Good eye. Yes, the barrel is a Rock River Arms. It started life as a 16 inch rifle, I swapped out the stock and barrel to get me as close to a 934 configuration as I could. I kept all the original parts so it can always go back to stock. If you have a Colt factory barrel or complete upper I am always interested........:p
