I can't remember where I bought it from. Some online store in the US. Shouldn't be too hard to get.
Ok, I'll pitch in. I'm brand new to 3-gun, but have been gathering up the gear for a couple years.
The Versamax just showed up in the mail, and a +3 Nordic extension is enroute. Also in the mail (somewhere) is a low profile gas block + 12" handguard and an ACE Skeleton Stock. Stoked
STI 16" Sporting rifle
Remington 22" Versamax (barrel stamped 3.5")
CZ75 SP-01 Shadow 9mm, CGW trigger + hammer
That eotech is sitting pretty far back. Never seen one used like a rear site before.
I actually had a few comments on my previous setup about sights being set far back. I actually prefer it that way because of the better view of the targets. Could be just me...
I am in the process of changing over my 3 gun setup (no thanks to the RCMP) so pics are pending.
As for using an angled offset dot sight next to a scope, you will notice a difference under 20-25 yards/paces/whatever source of measurement is available and without that offset site, your aim will be high (as I found out the hard way)
Other than that, sick setups gentlemen, sick setups!.

I always get similar comments too, particularly with scopes. I wear glasses, and for some reason minimal eye relief yields a better sight picture for me. Whenever I shoulder someone else's rifle I always wonder why they put the optic 'way out there'.

My humble set up. Tried the Benelli M4 ast year and it wasn't my style. Went back to my three gun roots and the pump, and in fact the first gun I ever bought an Benelli Nova. This time around I updated it with a Nordic components mag extension (clamp in the mail) thanks to some information from #### above. Has a nice magazine cutoff feature and a load gate that holds open. Also a very generous loading port. Otherwise, M&P VTAC with Trijicon HDs, APEX kit and stippled heavy.
Ar15 is a DDM4V7 with a UBB, ALG ACT trigger, aimpoint micro. Also ATRS mags with coupler to allow 20 on the gun. AT15 muzzle brake is FANTASTIC!!!!! Will be playing around with a 1-4 this year as well but I like the speed of the red dot and have not been held back at distance with it yet. Basic belt and carrier setup. I run what I like to run, not what is fastest!

I dig my STI. My meager abilities don't do it justice, but I like that I'll never worry about it slowing me down

LAR-15 Pistol Mags with Aluminum Extensions that I made up from some aluminum stock.
Lets me use them as a mono-pod, find them when dropped in the woods or mud, makes them long enough to work with the magwell and lets them drop fee of the gun when I hit the mag release.
