Let's See Your M305 Builds!

That's about the same as what you would be paying for a Troy or VLTOR stock. Bonus points for supporting a Canadian business. Most M305/M1A/M14 stocks are pretty pricey.

Here's mine,
M305 in an archangel stock + a trijicon accupoint 1-4x24 on a sadlak mount

That looks great!

I can't be sure from the picture, but did you shave down the material on the stock at the end of the charging handle (the op rod handle) so that the receiver heel sits flush with the stock?

That is STUNNING!! Nice job!
Thanks! It's the "Deluxe Italian Walnut" brought in by SFRC. I stripped the original finish and stain, and refinished it with just Tru Oil (10 coats). It really brought out the natural glow and features of the walnut

Wow, Odd Shot. That's all I can say, two prime examples of what can be done with the M305. Kudos
Thank you!

AWESOME!! what kind of stock is that? I need it!!!!

Would also love to know what stock that is, makes me want to buy an M305!

It's a M14.ca Blackfeather stock with the Scout Hand Guard and Mission First Tactical butt stock.

It definitely looks like that in the picture, but that's actually some residual grease that I used to ease the rifle into the stock. I only had to trim a bit off of the front end of the stock (directly above where the bipod was mounted).
Other than that the stock fits quite tight, no play at all, which is good imo.

this is my work in progress. hope the photo works

Now check how much a sage EBR is worth.

WOW!! $1,199.99 hahaha, I wish i had that much disposable income. The gun was only worth 400 when i bought it. Still like that blackfeather one the best, now to find one that i can make look like it but for way cheaper.

I still ended up having to bed my blackfeather. Mind you it was a lot less work than other stocks. But still every receiver is different and will fit differently.

I'm surprised. I had thought the blackfeather was supposed to be the equivalent of bedding

I like mine plain and simple. Might change out the Call of duty ghosts stencil for a punisher one. Only things done are Spring guide rod upgrade and in getting bedded... Haven't even shot it yet lol. Hoping that bedding it and getting the black feather guide rod will make it an acceptable shooter. Will likely put a rail on the bottom and an angled fore grip, gota move the sling back a bit though. Im a bigger guy, right where the sling connects is where I would like my hand.

I haven't seen much on the market that makes me really want to change much, if I have gone "oh that's nice" usually the price behind it isn't.

Props to wolverine, made me go check out their site for items for this rifle. Anyone have feed back on the Choate stock ?
