Who makes the top rail that extens from the circular hangaurd down to the end of the top reciever?

Where in Canada can you get one?

Im considering doing a Mk12 mod 0 build on a ATRS Modern Varminator.

ARMS 38 spr-peq-2-3 swan sleeve

PRI makes a version - close but not 100%

Not a SPR per say, but it's kind of related.

It's more a Recce-rifle inspired AR-15

16" Douglas Match Barrel with mid-gas and the SPR Profile for the Model 12 brakes. The only unique thing is the Adam Arms Gas Piston with MI quad rails, Harris 6-9 bipods.
