With so many of them made there have to be some real lookers out there. I'd like to present my shooting stick - I think she's a beauty queen. An older 700 chambered in .308win with bbl cut down to 20" - sporting a modern laminate stock (thanks troutseeker!). Doesn't get any better for me!

yep, she's a real sweet pea for sure and in 308, you can't go wrong! I see you have the "right" scope on it, too! Awesome! I love Leupy's. I have a few 700BDL's and love them all. By the way, a fantastic row of stacked Birch firewood you have there and what a glorious green back ground! God's land???
I have some Rem 700 target rifles, right hand bolts, heavy barrel, and a custom stock to fit them all, one at a time, I shoot left, the stock accepts right hand bolt actions and allow for a custom thumbhole left hand shooter to operate. Awesome! Made by my friend Steve (GunPro).
Sorry, but I'd loose those 8 hole rings in a real big hurry! And bring the scope down a bit, Leupy makes low and super low rings. Burris is a good choice, as well.

22" Gaillard barrel - 7mm 08 on a long action with a Kwik Klip. Dual dovetail mounts.
It currently sports a little lightweight Leupold 3-9 instead of the 3.5-10 pictured

Have many 700's, some plain, some fancier, like these. Love my 700's.
