lets see your thick bush guns!

Mainly my bush guns are both my Scout Steyr 308...
There is one i have been bringing as backup and it have proven itself very worthy my 44 mag RH with full stock ( i took one deer and one moose with it, ammo as always is Bear load HSM 305 gr) this is a thumper, period... JP.

A great platform to do it on, the 06 version I had was a real pussycat to shoot so follow up shots would be quick. Great sights as well and fast reloads.
 
I don't think they caught on, but where there is money there is a way.

I remember this...They were also making .338WM in the Garand and I think .458 American in a M14?

A Garand in 375 Ruger would be very cool. It's too bad Garands don't go for $175 like they did in the 1990's. :)

The BAR comes in 338, It probably wouldn't be hard to rebarrel to 375 Ruger, as well.
 
Don't need to top 'er up just have 3 rifles and 2 gun bearers................that way at least one should be full all the time..........I mean really, how many elephants can you kill at one time, before they get out of range................

If you're going to do that just run three double .470's.
