Sorry it took so long for me to see this. It is a Hakko. The one where you can change the colour of the reticle. It actually works pretty well.
I just finished bulding this rifle below. I shortened a 30.06 model 760, changed out the front sight and added a peep at the rear. Stocks are synthetic which I painted. I wanted something simple and rugged that could withstand some banging around and was an easy carry for dogging moose.
