Let's see your tikka's

Never thought I'd buy a Tikka but it's hard to find an 8 twist 223 sporter! And I'm not into dumping $$$ into a custom rifle at the moment

shoots average 3/4moa 3 shot groups first trip to the range with old handloads I had laying around from a previous rifle!

Nice set-up ! Forgive my ignorance but what is that orange gizmo ??

I like the color of your stock. What is it?

Some flat tan Krylon. Added some Krylon webbing now too

LabRadar. it's a dopler radar to measure projectile velocity. Will give speeds out to 100 yards with the bigger calibers (30+) - works fantastic. Due to release later this summer, I was lucky enough to get in on an early test run

Having had several T3s in that many different chamberings and nary a complaint about any, I'm seriously considering a T3 Superlite in 243 if I can find one that is.
Does anyone on here have one that could tell me about it, good bad or otherwise ?
I think it would make a great little varmint / deer rifle for an old geezer to pack.
There are several varmint rifles in my safe but there are days when I'd rather not lug a 10 lb. rifle if I don't have to.
Any thoughts fellas ?

Question for you guys.....

I'm a T3 lover, as is my wife, and my buddy. Our house has 2 .308 stainless T3 lite's, and a .300WSM Super Varmint Stainless. My Best friend has a LH T3 Lite Stainless .308.

All 3 of us can shoot the lights out with them, and they all cost us less than 1000$ each......

Lately I've been seeing some bashing on the T3's, and I really don't understand it..... I know the plastic bolt shroud can fail, but am I missing something else???

Thanks,

-J.
