Older Rem 700 in a fleur delise stock with added rosewood grip cap and forend. Rem take off SS barrel with the ports cut off so it looks and feels like a truck axle. Scope is a Bausch and laumb elite in 6x24x40. Chambered in 22-250

Weatherby Vanguard S2 Flamer 223 topped with a Vortex Crossfire ii 6-24x50 Vortex rings shooting winchester white box varmint 45g.
My first trip out hunting with it last weekend,Bang FLOP instantly down who says a 223 is too light for deer.Gun is a lazer beam!!

I have shot deer with my triple deuce, when the shot presented itself, dropped on the spot. 50 grain federal hi-shok bullets. Going to get some 60 grain partitions and see how they shoot in a 1-14 twist.

Nothing special to anyone but me....a rem 799 with vortex diamondback 4-12x... It drops 3 Winnie white box 45 jhp less than MOA regularly at 100.... Has taken 9 yotes so far.......

And FYI, I consider myself lucky that it does this..... A fluke for sure..

Im seeing a lot of vanguards ! I might have to pick up a series 2 since cabalas had my gun listed as in stock, really its back ordered with no idea when its coming in ! Lol

first rifle is my remington 700 vsf 223
barrel screw cut for a T8 sound mod ( this rifle was my foxing rifle back in sheep farms in Wales)
harris bipod
meotopa artemis 2100 3-12x50
i have plugged a few coyotes with this but a serious amount of foxes got nailed.
best long distance hit with it was a crow @545m (pinged with my leica rangefinder, dont have any photos of the hit)

second rifle is a heckler & koch SL8
three point sling (much needed for this rifle)
meotopa 3-12X50 (i think)
this is now my main beaver/coyote rifle.i got to nail coyotes six last year.
a couple of boars got the news also.

Here's my line up.

Top is a Kimber Sonora in 25/06 with a Bushnell Elite 6500 4.5x-30x

Centre is my 60's Remmy in .222 with a period correct Redfield 6x-18x

Bottom is a Husky .243 with a Mueller 8x-25x

I'm hoping to get at least one coyote with each rifle this year.

If I ever make it out this year, one of these two rifles will be tagging along.

My Savage 25, 223

Mini 14, but the scope is off it at the moment and will need to be sighted in again(irons are g2g though), so it'll probably be left at home.

Called another one in this morning. Came to about 30 yards from my blind. We had a cat go "missing" lately from around the farmhouse, and I'm sure this big male was the culprit. Another notch for the Vanguard.
