buckmastr what bullet do you shoot in that 8 twist? some of them seem to have big holes.

Rem 700 VTR A-Tacs 223, Vortex 6.5-20 mildot, trijicon rings (like!) and a Caldwell bipod. I bought it for targets, young shooters and varmints, should be fun with the 1/9 twist. Only a box though it breaking it in and have 53vmax and 60gr ballistic tips to reload later.

Actually I lied.
This one has killed more dogs in the last two winters than my Vanguard.

SO this turned out to be one of those used rifles that you go "Oh that's why its so cheap" This thing was a lemon. Ejection issues and it couldn't get below a 1 inch group with 4 different kinds of ammo and 3 different weight of bullets...
So ended up taking it back (30 day garentee satisfaction from LGS) and picks up something I know will work ! lol

I'm always surprised to see how many of you guys don't require a cheek riser of some sort for proper cheek weld with scopes.
My scopes are always as low as I can possibly get them and no way I can get away without a cheek riser on even one rifle !

Wolf not yote as we don't have many of those up here, but same application, I like M14s as I'm an iron sights nut. But .375 H&H works too, second pic. Basically, whatever rifle I have on hand, I don't sweat making them fit the wolves / yotes.
