Lets talk 12 gauge roll crimper

Good stuff! What do you cut the hulls and wads with? I admire you guys that have the ability to do stuff like that. Thanks for sharing! :)

Booo! You need to automate that now. Re-purpose that auto annealer you made :)

Maybe something like this

You can buy BPI at Ballistic product. Russian are in ebay.ca and Italian made is in www.siarm.ca
If you want to start the roll crimping, buy some books about it at Ballistic Product. It's very helpful.
Don't forget MEC 600 slugger.

Well got my hands on some drawings.

I'll post my progress here when I start making one.

You're going to make a hand crank crimper, or a drill press attachment? I use my drill press one all the time as I load a lot of 2 1/2" 12 ga. Could not be slicker. The hand crank is more suitable for paper hulls but if you want this one I'll give it to you (I have two in 12 ga., one in 10 ga so this is not needed):

oh, missed the whole page two of posts. Looks like you're pretty much there already. I cut my hulls with curved scissors. Others make a cutoff box or use a bandsaw.
