Why?

As of this time Glock said they didn't have the Gen 4 ones available for Canada, this may change in the future but right now they are a no go.

I don't want to derail your thread, so I'll send you a PM to followup. Here is my Glock family though. Sometimes I just feel like a change from shooting my all metal handguns like my 1911's and CZ Shadow. The Glocks are easy and fun to tinker with (trigger jobs, disconnectors, sights, grip tape, ...). It does take me a mag or two to settle into the Glock trigger pull, but after that, it's all fun

Is yours one of the early ones with the compensator slots in the barrel? It is a glock barrel correct? I know on my Gen 3 17L there isn't any wiggles on the muzzle end.

As a 17L owner and shooter I can tell you they are an accurate pistol, feel great and I love it. How much more accurate than a 34 at all if it is I can't say. The 17L is great on plates.

I highly doubt you can notice the velocity difference.

After seeing your 17L, i will order another set up Holografic/base for my 17L, should make a great combo... JP.

Two thumbs up for the great customer service from Wolverines and Glock. After sending some details on my 17L to Wolverines over the weekend, I got an email reply from Brent at Wolverines, and he passed along my question to Glock. I got a phone call from the Glock District Sales Manager about an hour later and we had a great discussion. Such great support for a Glock that I bought off of EE. I will definitely put Wolverines at the top of my list!
