Just fair warning to those who were sucked in as I was to try these filters....they are garbage! Once screwed into the objective of your $600 scope....good luck getting them off. I had stacked a yellow filter under the flip cap from Leupold into my VXII 4-12x40 and couldn't unscrew the dahm thing after I found out how crappy they make the picture. The scope ended up being pulled off the rifle....and sailed out of my hands as I was attempting to unscrew it and landed objective lens down on my basement concrete floor on top of a screw head...busted the filter...chipped the objective lens. I eventually was able to unscrew the A/O housing and use pliars to remove the filter frame. The scope is on route to the Canadian warantee facility for repair now....all because of a friggin cheesy filter! I've got the beige filter for 40mm for who ever wants it....FREE... but be warned!
