Leupold Alumina flip-ups?

Do these things come in any other size than 40mm? And do they come in silver to match those scopes? I have yet to find anything other than 40mm objective kits. I need a 36mm (2.5-8 VXIII) and a 33mm (1.75-6 VXIII)
