Hi, I’m looking to upgrade binoculars and have narrowed it down to Leupold BX-4 or Minox X-HD. I’m looking to spend around $1000. Any opinions on these or others I should be looking at? I see the sig sauer 3000 range finding binos are on sale right now for $1250 as well. Thanks for any input.

The Leupold's have received good reviews; unfortunately I have no experience with them and cannot comment appropriately. Leupold's lifetime warranty and customer service centre in Alberta make them an attractive option, if the service should ever be needed. Like that they are Bak-4 glass.
The Minox are very good glass, and if I had to replace my Swarovski SLC's, I have thought that this would be a less expensive option for very good glass, that is often overlooked by many. Also very lightweight. Would have to look at the specs to see if they are lighter than the Leupold's.
The Sig's are a nice option w/ the rangefinder...you need to determine if that is a priority for you.

I can only speak for the sig’s and they are fantastic to look through. Clear and having the range finder capability is a nice option. If you need the range finder then the sigs a a good option for a couple extra bucks.
Have a look at meopta too they have some great glass too
