Leupold European 1.1-4 or Vx3 1.5-5

Is there any noticeable difference in image quality between the Leupold European 1.1-4 and Vx3 1.5-5? I'm looking at one of these 2 or a Nikon monarch African 1.1-4 for my new Winchester model 70 safari express 375 H&H. I've already decided to go with a #4 reticle.

European (discontinued) was a VX-II with 30mm tube. Not much difference between those three mentioned.
Have you looked at a Meopta 1-4, nice scope with good glass.

I have a VX3 on my 375 it is a 1.5-5 and I love it great glass works well I am sending it to the Korth Group to put a german#1 retical in it. the number 4 is a great choice as well.
