I did some damage to my old 12-40 x 60 leupold gold ring spotting scope (let the nitrogen out by picking at the access port in the tripod threads to get some sand out). Found out that Okotoks does not handle repair of those items. I have had work done in Okotoks before and knew how fast they are.
So, with some worry, I sent it to Oregon, thinking that I would not see it for months. In less then 2 weeks it arrived, ... repaired, an eyecup (that I did not even know was missing) was replaced, some of the armour around the front of the scope was replaced and the thing was inspected, purged, cleaned and sent back priority air mail to me!
No matter how many other scopes I buy or own, Leupold continually impresses me with both their quality and their service (which is second to none.
