So I've never seen or heard of this happening before but the elevation turret cap got stuck on, (dent on the top of cap looked like it had taken and impact) had to use a set of pliers and turned it off. Then I realized the entire turret turned out. S#@T!

Emailed the Korth group after doing some research and they informed me i would need to ship it to them for inspection. Sent a couple weeks ago and didn't hear anything back. Yesterday package showed up, scope is not only fixed but covered under warranty (no charge) and they paid for shipping back to me. In with the scope is a letter stating what the did and a sheet with the checks they preformed to confirm it worked. Wow!
Thank you Korth Group/Leupold
Not all my scopes are leupolds but im going to have more now

Last Spring noticed at the range my Leupold scope wasn't holding zero anymore, contacted Korth delivered it to them a short scenic motorcycle ride from my place quick turnaround 1 week no charge. Rode back to pick it up works fine again they done good. 👍

I've had middle ground scopes all my life because that's what I cold afford, thrn I realized I'm buying cheap scopes all the time ,I have a few vx freedom scopes for several years now and most hold zero year to year and no issues at all with the scopes themselves.

I sent a couple scopes off a couple years ago. Came back a few
Weeks later fixed under warranty. Totally happy with there service.

The few times I have needed warranty with korth I was more than impressed with service. Some companies advertise warranty while others just provide.

Korth is superb to deal with, I have about 15 Leopold scopes from the new freedoms, to some I bought in the late 80’s only ever had to send one in and Korth did the repair and sent it back in a week.

I mean, I've not had a Leupold fail me but based on the feedback out of the US, it sounds like we're lucky to have Korth handling repairs here in Canada (customer service and warranty work is apparently suffering down south).

Lost the covers on one of my Leupold scopes ...... Looked to buy a set from Korth, they sent me a pair N/C ! Very nice of them.

Kurth has been great any time that I have dealt with them... you can be confident in their service.

Korth service is superb. I am a Leupold "junky" and have owned a large number of them.
I believe over the years, I have needed Korth's services 3 times. Always prompt and courteous.
Even when it was my fault, fix was free. Cannot beat that! Dave.

true. and i can only hope that it will stay that as my last 3 were very good but the previous 3 were not good at all and needed to be sent to oregon but seems it is way better and like Dave even by my own mystake they replace by a brand new scope one that was destroyed while on a sled banging against something.

There’s a few guys running a gorilla marketing campaign against Leupold. Mainly so they can sell more Tasco/SWFA.

Form over on rokslide must've rustled your jimmies for telling it like it is and backing it up with drop tests/hard data,

What I wouldn't do to have the primers back that I wasted over the years chasing leupolds wandering zero and shoddy tracking...here come the flames!
