Leupold Mark 2 scopes

I just order one in 3-9x40mm T2, does anybody have any experience with them?
I know its not a Mark 4, but it fit my budget. It will be going on a AR15 range queen.

Ordered it through CGN'er semperfi. But I notice Wolverine also list them.

Do Mark 2s have target turrets on them?>

Yes, T2 turrets, but I have not seen them with the caps off. I like that it has 1/2 MOA clicks also.

I have 2 Mark 2's, in almost the same model as you. Mine are the Hunter model, which has only the higher elevation turret. They're fine scopes. Just the VX-II 3-9X40 with 1/2MOA adjustments.

I forget what options the T2 has for reticles. Did you get the LR? That's what I run and think it's a great reticle as well. You will really like that scope.

I order the one with a mildot reticle. Do you find the turrets easy to read.
