The Leupold Mark 4 1-3x14 Riflescope CQ/T (52155) is a revolutionary optical sight combining the strengths of a red dot sight and the flexibility of a variable power riflescope.

These scopes have been banned from export to Canada for several years except for LE or military. There are a few used ones kicking around as we bought several from a LE/Security Agency that was changing optics a few years ago. Phil.
 
Your best bet is to get something like a Nightforce 1-4 scope, or something aong those lines. There are quite a few variable 1-4 type optics kicking around.

If you want to spend a lot, you could go with the Elcan Specter DR. Its a flip-switch 1 or 4x optic. about 2 grand tho.
 
those nightforce 2.5-10x24mm and 32mm optics are ###y looking scopes, and not much larger, although they may be a bit heavier:)
 
The second Leupold you pictured is a Prismatic 1x14, in stock @$743...illuminated, no magnification. The Nightforce scope pictured is 1-4x24...in stock @ $1589. The Leupold Mark AR 1.5-4x20...in stock at $391. So you see thes all of these scopes are available and I agree that the Nighforce is the best of the three, but it should be at the significant price difference. You will have to decide your budget ahead oif time an the expected use. Can you justify almost $2000 for optics on an XCR. Another model to further consider is the Millett DMS, 1-4x24 illuminated at $299...currently out of stock but hopefully on the way. This scope was our best selling AR 15 type scope last year and I feel one of the best deals for the money. Phil.
