Leupold Mark4 optics in 2.5-8x36 MR/T

Actually this post has nothing to do with "Deer guns" It's an Optic's post. I was wondering what the difference was between the Mark 4 and the regular VXIII 2.5-8x36 was. What's with you? The pop's going down a little too good tonight? ;)

Since we sell lots of Leupolds including MK 4 s I will offer a few bits of info. The majority of the MK 4 line is very similar to the VX-III of the same magnification and objective size with the main differences being the MK 4 s have the gold ring blacked out and you can get a mildot or TMR installed at the factory. The fixed power 10x and 16x are the original and the real MK 4. The 2.5-8X36 and the 3-9x36 MK 4 s were so close in size and performance that Leupold decided to drop one (that being the 3-9X36). As luck would have it we only brought in the 3-9x36 and have a few left in inventory.
