Leupold QDManager scopes

How do these compare to the Rifleman, VX-I, VX-II etc? Can someone rate them cheapest to best for me? Can't find any useful info on this model.

Seems like they are a Rifleman with a special badge on them from Quality Deer Managers see http://www.leupold.com/hunting-and-shooting/products/scopes/rifleman-riflescopes/rifleman-qdmanager-3-9x40mm/. 1/2 MOA friction adjustment. Same good warranty.
