Leupold RX1200i TBR Rangefinder

My rangefinder is maybe 6 years old.
It has been very reliable and last had it set for BOW mode.
A week ago I switched it out of BOW mode.
Three days ago I tried to switch back to BOW mode so I could get angles.
I can not get it to switch modes.
Normally I just use the cross reticle but now it appears locked on another reticle and the right side of that reticle does not light up fully.
Thinking it may be the battery, a fresh battery was installed and the problems remain.

Hooped?
Time for replacement?

Any thoughts?

I have a RX1000 that did that twice. Once under warranty and now this time I’ve had it for over 5 years. Both times the LED segments stop working and cannot see the readout. Leupold will not cover it now as it’s electronics. Will have to buy a new rangefinder. So much for buying quality. I’m hesitant to invest in another Leupold rangefinder.
