Brad let me know about a deal on an rifle at Lebaron a few years ago. Lucky for me it was in stock and I probably saved $300 over buying at WSS.

I cant complain about Lebaron.

I took a look,, that is a great price for that scope. They had them on sale for 369 a couple months ago.. Kicker was when you took it to the register to pay for it,, they rang up at $69!

Is their stock usually crap? I just ordered a VXII, the lady couldn't tell me if they had any.

i ordered a silver vx-1 from lebarons earlier today, then i saw wholesale has them for 20 bucks less and i read on the forums that lebarons customer service sucks so after i had a fit i called them and cancelled the order and then put in 48 more bucks and ordered a silver vx-2 from wholesale for 279, I have never bought from there before either but their website makes me feel a little better.

Yesterday got one vx-2 1X4.5 and one vx-2 2X7X33 both for 600.00 all included, pretty sweet deal if you ask me, those a very reliable scopes... JP.

I recieved my two leupolds from Lebarons today and one was damaged,it had a dent on the end of the scope where it must have been dropped at some point.this must have been a display model it was leupolds 100 year anniversary model it says 1907 to 2007 on the box.I will be sending it back and will see how good there customer service is.

I pictured a similar scenario in my head when the guy on the phone said " I have one left", just another reason I cancelled my order there.

Always better to go there in person, i check 4 before settling on the 2 i bought, i would not trust Le Baron on mail order they are no Epps or Profet river or Wantstall to buy blind... Cheers. JP.
