Have one in good shape looking to sell... Any one have a general idea of what they're worth. Has duplex reticle, is in excellent shape. TIA :)
 
You could probably sell it quick at $450 and get a bit more if your not in a hurry , but that's just my opinion and what I think I have seen them going for . 80% of a new comparable would be more than this by a bit $650-700 maybe
 
Vari-X III got replaced by VX-III, which got replaced by VX3, which got replaced by VX3i. That's a very obsolete scope. I wouldn't put it on a rifle if you gave it to me for free. I'd buy a new redfield for $200 or whatever instead.

I'm not trying to be a ####, just what it's worth to me. No offence meant.

Let me know before you sell it to cheap . As far as using them my eyes can't tell the diff in all these vx111,3,3l and think like every other outfit changes are for there profit rather than better product for us . Once they got past the friction type turrets that is

And I have had all of them
 
My opinion is put it on the EE for $400.00 and see if people are interested. You can always lower the price. I haven't seen much around $350

I kind of like the old Vari-X III 3.5x10. Paid $250 :) for the last one, the guy had been to the local gunshop and they weren't interested to take it in trade... At that price, they're a no-brainer (for me at least)
 
bought a leupold VX3 3.5-10 x40 #66090 at canadian tire 2 week ago , for 299.95 + tax , the last one. model is discontinued
 
I would say approx 400-450 range for that model. The VX3 sells at just over 500 now new. I guess it would depend on whether you want to sell it; or troll on EE like a lot of, (used car salesmen do).
