Leupold VX-2 3-9x33 EFR

The Leupold VX-2 3-9x33 EFR scope has been discontinued. I saw one in a shop that is new in its original box. What were they going for when they were available?
What is a "good" price for this scope?

500-600 ish. I have one. Absolutely super nice for rimfire. Best rimfire scope out there. The new freedom series rimfire scopes are cheaper feeling and cheaper priced

There were no Leupold 3-9 EFR scopes to be seen online at Prophet River.

Thanks for the information, gentlemen. Although the price is much better than Mike gives, I'm still undecided. It would look very good on the Weihrauch sporter .22LR I recently got.

The plus side to the leupold freedom rimfire series is the moa reticle is absolutely dandy. Combined with a range finder you can pop critters off of fence posts at quite the distance. Plus it’s a tad brighter than my vx 2 efr scope. Don’t hesitate to try a freedom series for your rimfire rifle
