Leupold VX-6 When is it coming?

I've read about Leupold coming out with the VX-6 line of scopes, a new 6X power to replace the old VX-7, but when is it really avaialble?
If you do a search, you can see some sites with them for sale, but i'm guessing that these are either knock-offs or they are taking preorders.
I'm surprised that they don't have a notice on their website.

I would avoid anything claiming to be a real VX-6. Without any official announcement from Leupold it's really difficult to say when/if they will be released.

Should be available in Canada just before or right after Christmas.

Next Christmas?? It's the 17th and I havent heard anything about them up here.

I'll bet they'll have the official release at Shot Show in January, then start shipping them in spring

Well I finally got my V-6 this week. That took almost 2 years for Korth to get a VX-6 3x18 B&C illuminated in stock.
Off to the range tomorrow.
