They are overrated. I owned one for a short while.I wound up trading it for an elite. I replaced it with a Weaver r9. It was around $200 cheaper and clearer glass etc.
Was fortunate to scoop a new VX 2 4-12x40 AO from Prophet River, cant wait for gopher season. Ive heard the 4-12x40 VX2 EFR`s are smaller then the 3-9x40 Freedom series...I like that.
