I have been using Leopold Firedot Scopes recently and find them terrific for old tired eyes, in the dark whitetail deer woods.
This year I had difficulty with my VXR 1.25x4 on a lightweight 35 Whelen. Although it still worked, one of the battery contacts was broken and the Firedot illumination was inconsistent.
So I sent an email off to the Canadian Leupold repair centre, Korth Group in Okotoks AB. They immediately replied and direct me to send the damaged scope in to them with the details enclosed.
Today, 20 days after I shipped it, the scope arrived back at my house, completely repaired and re-gassed.
About 25 years ago I sent scope with a bent tube into Korth and received a replacement scope back just as quickly.
I am most impressed with the warranty service at Leupold/Korth and will continue to purchase/recommend their quality products to others.
