So tragedy struck and my vari x IIc 2-7 had the cross hair tilt on me. Anyone used the warranty center recently? What's their turn around time like?

6 weeks this past winter.......
I aint complaining either.
Outstanding service from the lovely lady at customer service to the tech who called me back with a couple of options and a big thumbs up to the Korth Group from a satisfied customer.

I'm not certain about work done under warranty, but Korth Group, the Leupold warranty center here in Canada, installed a new reticle, and had it shipped back to me 1 day after them receiving it.
