Anyone else have this question?

I won't buy another non-illuminated reticle, but I also have always like Leupold scopes.

Why don't we see more illuminated Leupold reticles?

I did a search on the Leupold site for illuminated reticles and it cranked out 5 pages of scopes so equipped. A dozen per page.

There is very little on low end scopes below VX3 HD, I only saw one 3-9 X 50 Freedom though I admit I didn’t look very hard. Not much use lighting the reticle if you don’t have the glass to match I guess.

Yeah, they have the option, but we sure don't see a lot of them in Canada. Every other high end scope has illumination as a standard feature.

Interesting.

I'll admit I was scouring Canadian retailers for a Mk5 and very, very few were illuminated, and that's where my OP question came from.

Specifically, an FDE 7-35 with an illum pr2 mil reticle.
