Just want to give Lever Arms a pat on the back.

I oredered a couple of 5/20 rd mags for the pig a while back. I got them really quick, like 7 days I think. Problem with one mag. Quick phonecall, no problem send it back we'll replace it.
The gal from the post office just dropped off a package containing 2 brand new mags and an apology.....no cost :)

Now that sort of service needs to be acknowledged and Im happy to do so :)

Must order some more stuff.....the mail lady is some cute :)

The key words here are "quick Phone call" it is amazing how problems are easily solved when you talk to someone first, instead of posting your issue on the internet to bunch of people that has nothing to do with the issue or able to help ;)
 
The new lever has guys there for a few years now that aren't the same old guys, which built their ####ty reputation.

THe younger guy there has always been helpful and friendly.
 
They've been fine the few times I shopped there. Good prices, in stock items, pay and leave for me type of deal. I don't need to make friends with them if they don't want to entertain that idea so doesn't really bother me.

We'll see how things go when there are issues involved, such as warranty work or after-sale support. I think that's where true customer service comes through for a store.

+1! Jeremy (mullet guy) isn't there anymore. It's the 2 young guys that are super friendly!
 
The blonde guy had a major attitude when I was there a while ago. If you hate the general public that's fine, just don't get a job in customer service.

Hopefully he has been replaced as he cost Lever a fortune in lost business.
 
I deal with Lever on a regular basis. Always great service. Very accommodating with respect to shipping and decent prices on most stuff. Like any gun store, they are more expensive than others on certain items, but way less expensive on others. I will be dealing with them again soon.
