Lever Arms Tokarev 9mm mags?

I am looking for some mag for a Norkarev Np-17: anyone knows if the "Norinco Tokarev Type 54 (9mm) Magazine" from Lever Arms is the same size as 7.62 mag with a spacer inside or is it designed for pistol with a spacer in the magwell (like the CanAm Nork 213)?


There is no picture and i found contradictive information on the web...

I bought some from them about 5 years back. At that time they were the full width 7.62x25 type with the spacer in each magazine. Using them required me to pull out the "U" channel in the handle area of the 9mm M213 I had at the time.

But that was then and this is now. No saying if this batch is the same. As suggested the store themselves should be able to answer this question the best. If the guy doesn't seem to know what you're asking just ask them to measure the actual front to back distance and compare that to your mag well measurement.

When I had my 9mm Tok, I used regular 7.62 mags.....worked just fine.

They didn't answered my email. And i don't speak english well enough to call, unfortunately (last time i called a shop, trying to speak english, i received the wrong stuff...)
