:)A little suprised but good to see a few Winchester model 71's still in use. While the cartridge may look like an early vintage Russian Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, it does 'work'. I've mentioned it before, the Winchester model 71 in 348WCF is my favorite lever gun/caliber combo.

In addition to 'playing around' with a couple of cast bullet weights, I've found the Hornady 200grFP to be a reliable performer. I've recently acquired some Barnes Originals in 220gr and 250gr and have just started working up loads.

Marlin 336 in 30-30 for mule buck and doe. Anxious to see how the deer react to being hit with it. I have taken lot's with my 7mmrm but I'm gonna try to get a little closer this year.
