I'll take my Winchester 62A pump over a lever any day.

Planning on getting one or the other soon for plinking and which one would you choose for general fun and accuracy?

Cowboys hunt with lever guns. Dandies and women shoot in galleries with the pump.

Joking of course - I have both. I like the lever, and just keep the pump because it came down in the family. Both accomplish the same task, with about the same accuracy.

For a shotgun or high-power rifle, different story. I really like those old Remington pump rifles.
