I need to re-chamber the M1985 Negant revolver cylinder to 7.62x25. I know there is somebody in US does that but I cannot find that guy, Now I am looking for somebody local.

7.62x25 produces much greater chamber prssure than Nagant and rechambering will thin the chamber walls. Sounds very unsafe.
