Lf information about Belgian revolver

A friend has a 1938 Belgian revolver 32. Cal 7 shot and 114 mm barrel .

Is it worth anything ?

Looks like nagant revolver. Russian army was equipped with these for decades untill 1945.
Leon and Emil Nagant were from Belgum they designed this revolver in 1895 and sold patent to Russian czarist government.
Unique feature of this revolver is when cylinder moves forward while revolver being cocked gas seal is created between cylinder, cartridge and the barrel.
