First of all Britan is NOT a success. Violent crimes and murders are at an all time high and are only getting worse.
Australia Never had a gun poblem. They banned a ton of guns in a knee jerk reaction to a single mass shooting.
Thats like banning aliens and then saying “success!, not a single alien invasion since the ban”
Actually if you look at the stats online-australia has had 100 fatalities from mass killings since port arthur( this event prompted the ban). 37 of those killed were killed with firearms, the rest from a variety of blunt instrument, arson, vehicular(sound familiar), throats cut etc, not very pleasent. Violent crime actually went up for a bit then levelled off to normal levels. Like Canada their government tries to spin the stats to make it look better. England is awash in violence. In any case this is Canada - Where we(licenced gun owners)have for the most part peacefully coexisted with our fellow Canadians for 150 years. This is the point we need to get across.
As a side note - Surrey B.C. and GTA probably have the biggest problems with violent gun crime in Canada. Anybody else seeing the one biggest similarity between these two municipalities? Fastest growing populations in Canada maybe? People unable to integrate, declining standard of living, people being pushed out by increasing cost of living and politicians wanting to ban guns from legally vetted gun owners for personal political gain. What a sick, twisted pack of self involved weasels(and cowards).
All the while gangs continue to grow and may in fact prosper from a gun ban.
