I sometimes shoot 110 grain round-nose 30 carbine bullets in my Mini-30 (Frontier cast+plated -- I bought 1,000 of them once, still trying to use them up).
My load is 30 grains of WC-735, pretty much any kind of brass and primers I have handy. Gets about 2500-ish FPS if I recall correctly, and accuracy, while not all that hot, is still plenty good enough to ring the 100 yard gong at the range (which is what I use that load for).
Side note - QuickLoad indicates that for really light bullets (say, the 90 grain Hornady .308's), something like Reloader 7 or 4198 would be a better choice than what I'm using.
