Light for a Fabarm Martial Pro-Forces?

So I want to get a light for my Martial and wanted some opinions.

I am going to get the fore end rail from TSE and was think of putting a Streamlight TLR-1 on it. I like the way it looks and it seems like there would be no functionality issues with it.

But I was also thinking about a Tactical flashlight like a Fenix TK11 in a mount . What do you think of a set up along this line?

What would work best for a general camp/defense set up? Price is an issue as I'm trying to pinch the pennies, but I am willing to pay for what is necessary to do the job.

Opinions please.

I had my TLR-1 on my HP9-1 and it worked fine.

I have it on my GG now.

I know the TLR-1 would work fine, but I was thinking that an actual flashlight might be better as I could use it for other purposes when not mounted on the gun, basically killing two birds with one stone. Or should I just bite the bullet and buy the TLR-1 and leave it on the gun and get a flashlight to?
