Light Practical Carbine - Sticker Sale / Pre-Order

It seems like a few of us were pretty quick on the draw while others waited for the email and got left behind. I'm sure everyone wants to know where they are in the pecking order (I know I do), but Spectre specifically asked us not to bother them with this. I propose we post the time our order was received. The details are in our confirmation emails. We can form our own list! Sounds fun, right? And before someone complains and says we shouldn't be making a list for the police confiscation squad, a reminder that this list only indicates that you bought a spot in line, not that you actually purchased one. Any objections? No? Good. Post your time in Mountain Daylight Time. I'll start. May 14th 18:03:46

Are you sure you're not just coming up with a way to kill time until your LPC lands in your mailbox?

I'll play. Order confirmation for one (1) sticker received 05/14/2020 18:50:48.

My spot in line was reserved on 10-22-2019 @ 9pm MST.

Lol you guys won't be able to figure out the list!

Maybe we'll randomize it! Joking.

Serious note, we are making progress on uppers. Bolt bodies and knobs are in production.

ok so im a total newb when it comes to AR's

I get that this bolt should allow you to legally keep most of your AR parts

i dont have much use for 223 but i would use a 308 for deer.

Assuming i have 0 inventory and wanted to build a 308 with this (once they release a 308) what should i be shopping the EE for?

You can build a 7.62x39, 6.5 Grendel or 6.8 SPC on this receiver set. These calibers are suitable for deer.

No bolt carrier, buffer, buffer spring, charging handle.
You will need a complete barrel assembly with handguard, less gas tube. If you are ordering a custom barrel, no gas port.
Buffer tube and stock. Grip with screw and lock washer.
Trigger group and magazine catch. No hold open or ejection port cover.

If they scale up the .223 design, you will need everything except the upper receiver, lower receiver, bolt carrier group, and gas tube. You don't need a buffer tube, so you can go with a buffer tube socket picatinny adapter and a skeleton or solid stock that attaches via picatinny label. If you use a folding stock adapter, your barrel length will have to be greater then 18" to meet the minimum firearm length requirement; if you use non-folding stock or a permanently pinned folding stock, the barrel length can be as little as 13". The latter wouldn't much use for 308, but you could use a short barrel with .300 Blackout and a fixed/pinned stock as a close range, heavier hitting rifle then .223 with the existing LPC chassis. Someone did that using a pump action firearm in another thread.
