Lightest bolt lift on a bolt action?

Just wondering, in your guy's opinion, what the lightest bolt lift is in the bolt action world?
I'm mulling around the idea of a Gunsite Scout in .223 or a Tikka T3 HB and I don't know which to get. That said, I'm open to other rifles.

Main things I'm interested in are a light bolt lift and build quality.
 
Some are smoother and more forgiving but none are really all that heavy.
#### on close is lighter and so is a straight pull.
Look at some of the higher end European straight pull options if you want quality and can afford it.

Unless you you wanna spend stupid amounts of money.....tikkas have one of the smoothest actions out there for the money spent.

Build quality is very subjective but for the majority of shooters Tikkas are quality rigs....put them in a Cadex or Manners stock, upgrade the bolt, and bottom metal to accept AI mags and you have a damn fine rifle.

Ruger GSR has never been accused of being "light" anything. Let alone smooth.

Tikka is the better choice but you have more options.
 
You can polish any action for light, smooth function... personally, I prefer to do it through use.

I second this my .450 steyr surpasses any rifle I have fondled, buttery smooth bolt and ridiculous accuracy.

Yes, but I believe the enfields and M-17 do not "#### not on closing", but tensions the firing spring mechanism when moving the bolt forward, not downward, so I'm not sure it would be best described as "#### on closing", perhaps someone will say if there is a better term for that. My B mag savage would fit that term better.

Just nit-picking here.

This. The Lee Action is about the fastest turnbolt action ever made.

Getting something with one of those actions chambered for .223 might be a bit expensive/pure custom job, don't know of anyone that's done it.

Finely somebody makes some sense among all those previous "experts".
I have Shultz & Larsen mod 54J #### on closing rifle and none of the others are even in the same league if it comes to light bolt opening effort.
