Congrats on the fine choice of pistols, looking at your picture brings a tear to my eye because I traded mine off and now I miss it.
 
if i can make one suggestion that will make the love of that gun for you even more.....

pick up a replacement fiber optic front sight for them.
fantastic!!!
makes it even funner to shoot!!!
mine came with it already on and its my go to 22 pistol.

I've had a couple of Buckmarks myself, they're accurate and very well build. Being a center fire guy I found them a little boring to shoot (no recoil due to the weight), so sold them and now happy with my GSG. I's build like a BB gun but way too much fun to plink with.

i did the exact same thing to my 22/45 last month.
ordered some FO from Brownells to slap on it.
its still not as nice to shoot as my Buckmark but its 100% better then it was before FO!
 
A great pair; now you and your daughter can shoot together twice as much. Enjoy both the pistol and the time with your daughter.
