Limbsaver Grind to Fit

I want to put a Limbsaver on my Bansner stock, does anyone know if you can epoxy these pads on? The website just has instructions to screw them on to wood stock and nothing about gluing them on to aftermarket stocks?

Anyone know who sells them at a reasonable price, anyone on here have a spare grind to fit that they want to get rid of?
