Lipseys Ruger No.1A 275 rigby

I agree, in "better" I was referring to collector interest... I collect No.1's... but I can pretty much guarantee that the 9.3X57 would not outsell the 9.3X62 from a desireability perspective... there are a couple dozen cartridges that would be ahead of the 9.3X57 from a collector perspective...
I suppose you are quite right. I think there would be quite a few other chamberings that would outsell a 9.3x57.

That 275 Rigby with 24" bbl is a nice combo. What would the difference be between the Lipseys version and the ones that EPPS has?

It's a good fit for this rifle. Mounted as far forward as possible -

Based on this, supercub may want to ignore my last....... I based my opinion on the 1b's I had and forgot about having to clear the rear sight on the 1a's.....

The #3 rings are good on a straight tube... the height is very comfortable for me with the factory stock.

I found the #1 very forgiving for cheek weld..... and not sure what slamfire was using in the pics......

If oem, will it clear the rear sight if you go down a ring size?...... yes, it's a .11 difference, but I ask more for my own knowledge than anything else...

Just my eyes slamfire...... scope objective bell looks to be the same size on the .45-70 and the x39.... maybe the picture angle but it seems a lot closer on the x39?

very nice rigs btw.........

My 7.62x39 1-A with #4 rings. Oops, previous image is with #3 rings. Needed #4 rings for my 45-70 so I took it off my 416 Ruger Alaskan since I had a spare #4 SS.

Yes it's on my to do list to get a set of #3B rings. :p

Love the 7.62X39. very few were made. Made with the 'left over' 303 brit barrels was what we were told by lipseys.

275 Rigby....pffft.
They should have done them in 7x57R!

I think the 275 Rigby stuff is pretty cheezy, Rigby sold rebadged Mauser rifles. I suspect they would sell well in 223, 30-30, 8x57, 444 Marlin.

Mauser the Standard of the World.
