To the OP, there are two ways to mitigate the problem you refer to with a turret press. One is to (if you are also using Lee dies with those confounded O-rings, hate em') remove the Orings and turn the locking ring upside down, they will lock as any RCBS or other die does and when adjusting or removing you just thread the die in or out of the ring, it doesn't grip the die body anymore so the ring doesn't need to spin with the die.
The other is the already mentioned using the "round" lock rings on all your dies, they don't interfere with the die beside them.
Don't sell your Classic Cast turret short, I have been loading for 45 yrs and used a lot of different presses from very modest to some of the best progressive's and will still own my turret when everything else has been sold.
