Hey
just was thinking of getting a airgun for practicing without having to go to range nor spend alot.
I'd prefer a 1911 frame as I mostly have those in 45acp and would like something with alittle power if possible
thanks for any input
Glenn.

Take a look at the 'colt commander blowback bb gun'. I was just looking at them yesterday, figure for $125 it'll give me something to do when I don't have enough time to hit the range.

thanks for the info
where did you look
ive been looking on cabelas website and not sure if any other places near me sells them..it's funny I can take my 10/22 on my property but not my gsg 1911 that shoots the same ammo...
I'll look for that model and see

if you google search 'colt commander blowback canada' the first and second link are the two I checked. Seem to have a decent selection of airguns in a wide price range

Have a look at the KWC Cybergun P1911, there are some good videos on Youtube..

according to the website that is selling these colt 1911 blowback, they are manufactured by KWC and licensed and distributed by Umarex. The reviews for KWC seem positive from what I've read.

I bought my son a Tanfoglio witness by KWC and it's great. All steel except for some of the internals. Lately it has been misfiring pretty bad, I think I wore out the plastic part that pushes the bb into place. Still great for dry fire practice. It feels more solid than my GSG 1911 in .22

This is a good C02 airgun with blowback. Can also be field stripped.

Check the site called Airgunsource - good folks there.
